What is Coaching?

Coaching is highly individualized consultation with the goal, that the coachee autonomously improves his or her abilities, in order to deal more successfully with challenges or difficult tasks within the working environment.

Above all coaching accompanies entrepreneurs, high-level personnel and self-employed people through phases of high load or re-orientation. Learning processes might be, for example, instances where a co-worker is dissatisfied with his or her vocational situation, has unclear goals, self-doubts or fears of failure; where time management is unsatisfactory and/or where problems with leadership objectives or within the family lessen effectiveness.



Objectives of Coaching can be:

  • personal situation analysis, goal clarifying and realization
  • systematic development of specific and individual abilities
  • better handling of difficult situations
  • easier training for new task ranges
  • improved leadership and decision making
  • improved work-life-balance




Cycle of a Coaching

In preliminary talks the coach and coachee become acquainted with one another,,, clarify the problem and goal of the coaching and decide upon a framework for possible co-operation. The following process of coaching covers

  • personal situation analysis, goal clarifying and realization
  • development and implementation of strategies for goal attainment
  • result discussion and feedback.
